How to Create, Send & Manage Applications in LIFE Exams
Your admissions process just got a lot easier. With LIFE Exams, you can quickly create personalized applications, send them to future residents and manage everything from one place. Whether you’re onboarding a single applicant or a couple, this step-by-step guide will help you do it with confidence and speed.

Step 1: Open the Applications Tab
- From the LIFE Exams dashboard, click on the Applications icon located in the top left corner of your screen.
Step 2: Create a New Application
Click New Application.
Enter the Applicant’s Name and Email Address.
Choose the Preferred Housing Tier (the living unit they’re interested in).
Click Create.
✅ Tip: If the applicant is part of a couple, you can add both names now or send them separate applications depending on their financial situation.
Step 3: Send the Application Link
Click the Copy Link icon next to the applicant’s name.
Paste the link into your email system.
Send the link directly to the applicant(s).

Step 4: Managing Couples and Unique Situations
LIFE Exams makes it easy to manage joint or separate financial evaluations:
Couples with shared finances? Send one application for both.
Couples with separate finances or not legally married? Send individual applications for more accurate evaluations.

With the application sent, the applicant will complete the financial information, and results will populate in your LIFE Exams dashboard in real time. From there, you can track progress, follow up, and move forward with confident, data-backed decisions.
